Adriaan (The Analyst)
Adriaan is the analytical one. He believes his mind is a power-producing plant, but sometimes he uses that power to construct arguments that even he can't win. He’s quite analytical, enjoys a good chuckle, and his favorite hobby is, of course, teasing Ruth.
Ruth (The Pragmatist)
Ruth, his incredibly patient wife is the very definition of a pragmatist. She challenges Adriaan's philosophical tangents and demands that the path to their destiny be a step-by-step system, not just a hazy ideal. She reminds him that you can only make progress if you're willing to show up, even in difficult times.
Our Great Discussion: Our Pursuit of the Obvious
Adriaan likes to convince Ruth that all problems are mind-made. Ruth would promptly remind him that if all our problems were truly just thoughts, he wouldn't spend half the day in thinking (planning) instead of in action (doing). She has a point. She always has a point.
Our Mission
We're sharing our discussions, discoveries, and occasional disagreements about these topics because we believe that the creative intelligence for a happy solution is already within you.
We're in the midst of our own fantastic projects, striving to figure out how to get it done, and applying wisdom offered by great work of the authors we have read and still are reading.
We hope that by sharing our funny (and sometimes brutally honest) struggle to implement these principles — from the airy concept of pure potentiality to setting up a handy practical tool — we can give you a better, faster, and more entertaining system to find your own truth.
